Worship
Worship through music and the arts is important at WBC. We want to use the talents God has given us to worship Him – in Spirit and in truth – with excellence and with a creativity that reflects our Creator.
At FBC we often have a choir, and they have a place for you too! We still use a beautiful piano and organ during worship services. We mostly sing hymns during worship, but also add some more contemporary songs as well. We have guitars and other instruments a few times a year. We not only have our heads up to sing and do responsive readings from screens, we use video content for those screens to enhance our worship time. We also use our new tech ministry team to coordinate the different elements of worship. We create environments using color, light, texture and sound. We worship to connect hearts with one another and with the heart of God. And we have a blast doing all of that!
