This series will begin the year with an outward looking focus which will allow the body of Christ to refocus on continuing to reach outside of the walls of the building to share the gospel of Christ with others. Pastor Darrin
Paul begins the letter to the Romans by stating that there is a Power in the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to provide salvation for all people. Since the power is in the message, and not the messenger, there is no reason for us to be ashamed to proclaim it to the world.
Romans 1:14-17
Those who follow Christ are first cautioned to count the cost. Jesus must be put first in every aspect of our lives if we commit to following Him. Disciples must count themselves as dead; they must go all the way.
Luke 14:25-34
Every person who has put their trust in Jesus has a part to play in the message of the Gospel. When we realize that we all have an individual, and important, role we are compelled to work together to receive the reward that God has for us.
